Greenhouse Sales Associate (Full-Time)
We are seeking a friendly, knowledgeable Greenhouse Sales Associate with a design‑oriented background to assist customers, maintain plant health, and create visually appealing in‑store retail arrangements. This role combines greenhouse sales with creative merchandising and plant styling.
Responsibilities
- Assist customers with plant selection, care questions, and product recommendations
- Create design‑focused plant and floral arrangements for in-store displays
- Maintain greenhouse cleanliness, organization, and plant health
- Merchandise seasonal displays with a design‑driven approach
- Operate POS and handle customer transactions
- Support restocking and inventory management
Qualifications
- Greenhouse or retail plant experience preferred
- Design‑oriented experience (arrangements, merchandising, or styling) required
- Strong customer service and communication skills
- Ability to work in greenhouse heat and humidity
- Ability to lift up to 40 lbs
