Retail Plant Sales Associate (Perennials/Trees/Shrubs)

We are hiring a general horticultural‑background sales associate to assist customers and maintain the retail plant areas, including perennials, shrubs, and trees.
Responsibilities
- Assist customers with plant selection and care questions
- Maintain inventory and plant health in the retail yard
- Restock, merchandise, and organize sales areas
- Support general nursery operations as needed
Qualifications
- General horticultural knowledge required
- Strong customer service skills
- Comfort working outdoors
- Ability to lift 40–50 lbs
- Reliable and team‑oriented
