We are seeking a dependable Tree & Shrub Yard Associate who is always available to work weekends. This role focuses on customer service, plant care, and yard organization.
Responsibilities
- Assist customers with selecting and loading trees and shrubs
- Maintain plant health and yard organization
- Restock and merchandise tree & shrub inventory
- Provide consistent weekend coverage
- Support general nursery operations
Qualifications
- Experience with trees and shrubs preferred
- Strong customer service abilities
- Must be available weekends
- Ability to lift 50+ lbs and work outdoors
